David M. Panagrossi has more than 25 years of experience in the Investment Banking, Securities Exchange and Financial Services sectors. Currently Mr. Panagrossi is Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of SROcalendar, a consultancy business delivering its services via a cloud based system where he leads a team partnering with investment managers and broker dealers providing strategic advice concentrating on regulatory compliance and cybersecurity.

Mr. Panagrossi has leadership experience in both line and staff roles – with a significant background in Equities Sales and Trading, Portfolio Trading and Electronic Trading. He has led multiple for-profit financial services businesses with responsibility for sales, trading, settlements, technology and
compliance operations. Mr. Panagrossi is considered proficient in Foreign Exchange options, Fixed Income transactions, Regulatory Audits, Clearing and Credit across multiple asset classes.

Prior to SROcalendar, Mr. Panagrossi was a founder of Navigate Advisors. Mr. Panagrossi was responsible for functions as the Head of Trading, Chief Compliance Officer, as well as managing internal technology reviews and design, clearing and credit arrangements and new business development efforts for the firm. Prior to founding Navigate Advisors, Mr. Panagrossi was a Managing Director at UBS Securities, where he led Equity Sales and Trading, Portfolio Sales and Trading, Electronic Equities Trading and Soft Dollar/Directed Commissions activities. As a member of the Equity Committee at UBS Securities, Mr. Panagrossi played an instrumental role in growing the operations at the firms Stamford, CT based trading operation.

Mr. Panagrossi began his career with W.I. Carr, where he was selected to develop their Asia/Pacific business based in Bangkok, Thailand and Hong Kong; success in this venture led him to be promoted and returned to the Asian Equities team based in New York. Mr. Panagrossi was recruited to SBC O’Connor during the spring of 1995 and completed the Derivative training course in Chicago. Due to his Asian experience Mr. Panagrossi was sent back to Hong Kong to lead the Asia Capital Markets division as Senior Representative for the firm on the Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchanges. During his tenure with UBS and its predecessors, Mr. Panagrossi developed has gained a wealth of investment and management experience and has developed a systematic and disciplined approach which has become a hallmark of his subsequent work.

An avid Pilot, Mr. Panagrossi frequently uses his Piper Meridian Turbo prop to travel on the due diligence engagements associated with SROcalendar. Instrument Rated (including High Altitude andComplex).

Mr. Panagrossi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University. He is involved in numerous community service efforts – served on the Board of the Raise Hope Foundation Inc. a not-for-profit organizations focusing on helping Disabled Veterans and volunteers for the Friends of Hanover Crew focusing on helping the Hanover High School Crew team. He resides in Hanover, NH with his wife and children.
