Lian graduated from Xiamen University with dual bachelor degree in Biotechnology and Mathematical Finance. She worked for Agricultural Development Bank of China for 2 years before going to UConn. Right after graduating from UConn MSFRM Program in 2013, Lian entered Barclays New York office working in Market Risk. Currently Lian works in Barclays Shanghai Branch as a Market Risk Manager, focusing on onshore FX and Rates market risk.
